Travel Support Japan
1. Scope of Services
Travel Support Japan (“the Company”) provides communication assistance and on-the-ground coordination support within Japan.
Services may include:

Communication with hotels, restaurants, clinics, transport providers, or other local entities

Reservation modification assistance
-
Lost item coordination
-
Translation support via WhatsApp or email
-
Travel disruption assistance
The Company does not:
-
Provide medical, legal, insurance, or emergency rescue services
-
Act as a tour operator, travel agent, or booking intermediary unless separately contracted
-
Guarantee outcomes from third-party providers
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
2. Service Hours
Standard Support Hours:
09:00–21:00 Japan Standard Time (JST)
Extended Hours Support (until 00:00 JST) may be provided by prior arrangement and subject to additional fees.
Immediate response is not guaranteed.
Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Company facilitates communication and coordination only.
The Company is not responsible for:

Decisions made by hotels, clinics, transport providers, or authorities

Service refusals by third parties
-
Delays, cancellations, or operational failures outside the Company’s control
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service period.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

The Company shall not be liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
5. Third-Party Services
The Company acts solely as a communication facilitator.
Any agreements, payments, or obligations between the client and third-party providers remain the sole responsibility of the client or the contracting travel agency.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No refunds will be issued once the service period has commenced, except in cases required by law.
B2B monthly agreements may be governed by separate written agreements.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions
-
Transportation shutdowns
-
Communication system failures
-
Civil unrest
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
9. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
